Hi

I brought a phone on 07 August 2018 but returned this on 28 August 2018 via Royal Mail Special delivery which was received and signed for on 29 August 2018, but I have heard nothing since and on my account, it still saying this has not been received.  Can you advise please.

Thanks

Hi
I bought an iPhone in August and paid for it via a loan from ratesetter but returned this and I received my £25 deposit but I've noticed that the loan has not been cancelled and I'm still paying £16.05 per month. Can you advise how I cancel the loan please.
Thanks
Janice

Hi Janice
Please contact Ratesetters to remind them that you've completed all your payments.
In the meantime you can simply cancel the direct debit via your bank. Id' do it right away and then if any refund is due they'll award it.

Hi

I've already contacted Ratesetter and they said I needed to contact you in order that the loan can be cancelled. I will cancel the direct debit so no more payments go out.

Thanks

@zoeesmith

Just a thought, when you write on this forum the people who read it are fellow members of the forum as you are, we are not staff. Generally the 'Agents' dont read these threads.

So may I suggest you take up the suggestiuon above to contact the agents and remind them that you are owed moneys for far too long?

best wishes
