Roaming fees in France

I have brought 15£ goodybag for 6G Internet data.I spent 5days in Paris there is no charges for roaming. When I went to the  westcoast of France, Le harve, Mont Saint Michel, Caen, I was charges for roaming fees.Can someone answer me why?

Hi there, is it possible you have used up your 6gb goodybag allowance? If so you will be charged for any additional data use.

When roaming in France with your goodybag it only includes Corsica, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion, Saint Martin and additionally, Saint Barthelemy),

Did you make any calls/send texts to numbers not covered by the goodybag allowances?

You defo bought a £15 goodybag, not top up?
Did you have a credit balance as well? You did not connect to a network on the Channel islands did u

Hi @cecilia_xinyu I suspect that @pwei94 has hit the nail on the head with his mention of Channel Islands.

 

If you connected to their network(s) then you would have incurred charges since they are not in the EEA.

I saw my dashboard it is full whhich I guess I haven't used up data allowance
