Trying to do a SIM swap. Keep getting the message that the SIM cannot be activated at the moment.
New giffgaff SIM that cam with the phone. I'be tried the activation both logged in or out of my giffgaff acount.
I also tried the 19-digit method - same result.

I'm having the same issue and waiting for an agent to contact me. I've tried all of these suggestions except for ordering a new sim as in my mind it should just work when you get it out of the box. No other suggestions on my feed either but if I see one I'll let you know. Can you do likewise
