All of a sudden I can not make or recieve calls  and have no internet.

If I try to make a call i get the "Not registrered on Network" error.

My goodybag has a couple of weeks left to run and I've been activated on GiifGaff and using this phone for a couple of months.

Any idea why this is happening?

Any maintenance going on in your area? http://status.o2.co.uk/

Maybe try a Manual Roam: http://is.gd/manualroam

You might be affected by the issue that O2 were having earlier (even though they say its fixed).

Have you tried rebooting your phone at all? SIM taken out and battery, and put back in after a minute?

1, See if theres any problems in your area http://status.o2.co.uk/

2, Turn On Airplane Mode (if you have this option) And then turn back On after about 20 sec 'or' Take the battery out for 30 sec and then place it back in and power up (not for Iphone users Etc)

3, Or hand clean the sim very carefully

4, Follow this guide:

I would first off check that your internet settings are correct incase your phone removed them or something:

If your internet settings are correct, then you should check to see if there is any problems with the o2 network near you.

Hope this helps

Thanks,

Had a look and there  is nothing going on with O2 in my area.

I've done the manual Roam - after a couple of failed attempts I'm being told that I'm unable to register onto O2.

It finally tells me tht I'm registered on 02 - but still the same outcome.

can't make calls and no internet - and the error "Not registered on Network"
