Just signed up. Activated SIM and picked the 10 goody bag. Now showing up as credit and costing a fortune. How do I get it rectified. Didn't realise there was no phone support. Any help really appreciated as my wife is now fuming
@saman00226 Airtime credit and goodybags are two different things. Adding airtime credit e.g voucher does not apply the goodybag automatically.
You will need to exchange it for goodybag by following the steps below or you can dial 43430 free from your phone , select option 2 and follow the instructions to exchange the airtime credit for a goodybag.
1. Login -> https://giffgaff.com/auth/login 2. Go to the "Top-up" section of the website 3. Select the goodybag you wish to buy and then click “select button”. 4. Your goodybag appears in your basket. Click "Select" next to "I only need a goodybag" 5. Click "Continue" without ticking the box to recur your goodybag 6. Click "Exchange airtime credit"
Airtime credit is usually used for calls and texts not included in goodybag allowances e.g. 084, 087, 118, 09 and International numbers.

It seems you've topped up with credit. Not to worry, you can simply dial 43430 from your handset and select option 2 to purchase a goodybag using your avaiable balance.
You mentioned it's costing a fortune, so I'm guessing you've already used part of the £10 credit, in which case you can opt for either the £7.50 goodybag which offers you 2GB of Data, 250 minutes and unlimited texts. OR you can opt for the £5 goodybag which offers you 500MB, 150 minutes, and 500 texts.
