I am looking for help please.
My daughter had her phone stolen 2 months ago and we have got her an iPhone for Xmas.
I have just tried to do a sim swap / Activate your SIM and it continues to show the same error
"Sorry, you can't activate this SIM as you already have an active SIM linked to your account."
I had report the phone lost at the time of the incident and looking on the acount it doesnt appear to have a sim or a number attached, please help as i would prefer not to create a new account if i can avoid it.
