Hello! I've just joined GG and I've confused myself already.

I was on 02 so I got a GG sim and asked 02 for a PAC. I registered my new GG sim and topped it up with £10 just to get started.

Then I lost my GG sim in the meantime. So I oredered another GG sim and registered that one and requested a number swap from my old registered GG sim - in a matter of 3 days or so.

I've put through for a simswap but nothing seems to be happening and now I'm getting a 'No Service' logo on my phone.

Will this take long, and will I keep my original £10?

Thanks, Ryan

It can take up to 24 hours and you should keep your goodybag allowance, I hope that helps!

When you received the second giffgaff SIM card, did you activate it on the first account, or by creating a new account?

Hi, when did you do the sim swap because it can take up to 2 4 hours.
If you did the sim swap on the same day as your number transfer from o2 things might of gone wrong.
please contact the agents
https://giffgaff.com/support/transfer and explain what's happened and tell them the dates you did each action

You can only have one sim/phone number per account. Some nods like you may have created two accounts.

OK so you saw the SIM replacement page, and clicked "Yes, I want to replace my SIM" then "Yes, I'm sure"? If so, the new SIM should be active within about 30 minutes, although officially it may take up to 24 hours.

When did you perform the SIM swap?

What message is shown on your phone when you dial *100# ?

I had already completed my old number transfer from 02 and it had been like that for 2 days.
