Sim card arrival

Hi all, I ordered my new sim card on Friday at 6.00 pm, and now it's Sunday and I still haven't received it. I need to have it today, do you know if deliveries are operated on weekends? Thanks in advance

@juvedemis hi there - SIMs are only delivered during working days(excluding weekends). They are sent out first class and and should take no more than 3 working days to arrive.

Please check the address details are correct under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details if your address details are fine and you don't receive the SIM in a week ask a giffgaff agent to investigate.

@juvedemis  giffgaff SIMs are sent out first class and and should take no more than 3 working days to arrive. Check your address details are correct under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details if your address details are correct and it's been more than a week and the SIM hasn't arrived raise a support ticket with a giffgaff agent to investigate.
