So I have been with giffgaff for awhile now. And I randomly got a text saying " Team giffgaff here. Your request to transfer this phone number to your new giffgaff SIM is underway. If you didn't do this click the link to log in and follow the steps immediately." so I clicked the link as this was not me who requested it and got up to putting my bank details in and the screen went blank as if it had not registered. So I tryed a few times and did not work. I also have messaged an agent but got no reply. This happened at roughly 8am this morning. My goody bag has stopped and the sim is not not registered. Is there anything I can do? I really do need to my phone to work.
