@nodic66

There isn't a quicker way - each SIM swap can take anything from a few minutes to 24 hours to complete.

What was the reason for doing another SIM swap?

I do not work for giffgaff, so cannot check anything on your account. This is a public community - please do not post any personal info.

The SIM Swap procedure may take anything from a few minutes to 24 hours to complete though the system in full. However, the “norm” is around 30 minutes complete. Please reboot your phone periodically after until your SIM card registers on the Giffgaff network again.

If been more than 24 hours and the SIM swap hasn’t been completed contact a giffgaff agent to investigate further. To contact a giffgaff agent you will need to fill in the agent form here https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/SIM-and-number/Performing-a-SIM-Swap/form/

It can take up to 24 hours for a giffgaff agent to respond (agents work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm).

You will see when an agent has replied in the "Messages: From Agents" box which can be found half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page or you can access it direct here https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

Switch the phone off for 5 mins and then restart it.See if it kicks in?

Hi, could I ask the reason you performed a sim swap?

Which phone do you have?
Do you see a signal
(signal bars, giffgaff logo, connection symbol)

What does it say on the phone screen when you dial *100*7# and *100# ?

What do you hear exactly when you call your number from another phone?

Do you have another unactivated giffgaff sim card?

@nodic66
And you performed a sim swap rather than reporting your sim lost and activated a replacement sim?

Could you answer all the other questions from my previous post,
