@nefarius Yes I can see it in my order history. i restarted my phone and tried to activate it again and the same thing happened. They charged me again but after that it showed that there was an error and my account couldn't be activated.

OK. The date states the 10th of January which isn't helpful. I assume the number is correct? 

Did the new sim arrive in a packet with Oops written on it after you reported it lost /stolen? Like the one below?

10 January ia the date when I reported it stolen. And no it didn't come in a packet like that. It came in a packet whixh said " Free £5 all around. woohoo. Do you think it's possible that they sent the wrong package?
