How do I get a SIM if I don't know my number

You don't need to know your number to order a SIM.  What do you need the new SIM for?

Your number will appear on your "My Giffgaff" home page when you are properly fully activated with a minimum of a £10 top up / goodybag http://giffgaff.com/dashboard/?m=0 )


⬜ And once "Activated" you can send a Free text with the word NUMBER to 2020

You can order a SIM from your spread page here https://giffgaff.com/orders/mgm - SIMs shipped by giffgaff are inactive and will not have mobile number . The number will only be allocated to the SIM when your complete the SIM activation process.

When you have the SIM please follow this https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Getting-started/Activating-your-new-SIM/ta-p/3521635 guide on activating your new SIM.

SIM Activations are usually activated within 30 minutes however, can take up to 24 hours to complete.

When SIM activation complete under My giffgaff page here http://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard your new allocated number will be shown along with any airtime credit or active goodybag bundle.

Please also turn your phone off for a couple of minutes and on again to see if that helps If the SIM activation is not completed after 24 hours then i suggest you ask a agent to investigate.
