Another question which has just occurred to me - does anyone know how I might take a screenshot using this phone? The internet suggests the power button and volume down, but that doesn't work.

You have two options depending on the version of Android installed:

1) Android OS 2.3 Gingerbread, by just hold press of the Power button, it will give you an option to take screenshot.

20 Android OS ICS. You need to hold press the Power button and Volume Down Key at the same time.

If the phone has not been upgraded to the ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS, hold down the POWER button and on the option screen is a TAKE SCREENSHOT option

Thanks to you both for your help - I have 4.0.4 (which I believe is ICS) but it's still not working! Am I doing something wrong?
