You must have less than 50mins of calls, or less than 50mb of data on your existing goodybag - in order to start a queued goodybag
"On your dashboard https://giffgaff.com/dashboard under your goodybag details you should see an option to start your 4G queued goodybag early. Just click and confirm you want to get rid of the active goodybag and the process will be set in motion."
If you've used up your allowance before your goodybag or gigabag expires, GG will send a notification to your phone to let you know. You will need to top up your credit in your account to carry on using data, calls or texts.
If you have less than 50mb of data, or 50 minutes of call time on your goodybag or gigabag. You can cancel your current Goodybag or gigabag and buy a new one or start a queued one straight away. This will then cancel your current one, and you will lose anything left on it.
Giffgaff have introduced early goody bags, if your allowances on your current goody bag is running low, you can start a new goody bag early.
To start a goodybag early you will need to have less than 50 minutes or 50MB left on your current goodybag.
