Start my goody bag today

Hi there my data is low on my goody bag an i have tryed to set my goody bag for today as I need data to use my sat nav an it has set my new goody bag to start on the 10/02/18 can you please activate my new goody bag to start today

You can only start a queued goodybag early when you have less than 50MB or 50 minutes remaining on your current one.

Once you fulfil either of these criteria (e.g. by watching videos over mobile data or making calls), you’ll see a button on your dashboard to “Start my next goodybag now”: http://giffgaff.com/dashboard

Or call 43430, press option 2 and follow the directions to start the queued goodybag early

You may need to reboot your phone to force the new goodybag to kick in.

Note that you will lose ALL remaining allowances on your current goodybag if you choose this option.

You must have less than 50mins of calls, or less than 50mb of data on your existing goodybag - in order to start a queued goodybag

 

"On your dashboard https://giffgaff.com/dashboard under your goodybag details you should see an option to start your 4G queued goodybag early. Just click and confirm you want to get rid of the active goodybag and the process will be set in motion."

Hello @raff128 

If you've used up your allowance before your goodybag or gigabag expires, GG will send a notification to your phone to let you know. You will need to top up your credit in your account to carry on using data, calls or texts.

If you have less than 50mb of data, or 50 minutes of call time on your goodybag or gigabag. You can cancel your current Goodybag or gigabag and buy a new one or start a queued one straight away. This will then cancel your current one, and you will lose anything left on it.

To start a goodybag early you will need to have less than 50 minutes or 50MB left on your current goodybag. Please note when you start a goodybag early it will replace your current goodybag so any active allowances will be lost and replaced with the new goodybag.
 
To start a goodybag early please follow the steps below:
 
2. If you have less than 50 minutes or 50MB left in your goodybag, a message will appear under "My goodybags"
3. If you are recurring your goodybag, you can decide to recur your next goodybag right now,
4. If you have a queued goodybag, you can decide to start your queued goodybag right now,
5. If you have no recurring or queued goodybag, you can select a new goodybag to start right now.
6. When you purchase a goodybag early, it erases your current goodybag and you will lose any remaining allowance, so we ask you to confirm you are really sure you want to start a new goodybag right now.
7. When you select a new goodybag or recur your goodybag early, the payment for the new goodybag is taken at this point, and a payment confirmation page is displayed.
8. Your new goodybag is active and is visible in http://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard

but Please note that starting your queued goodybag early will remove any remaining allowance (data, texts, minutes) that you may have left on your active goodybag

Giffgaff have introduced early goody bags, if your allowances on your current goody bag is running low, you can start a new goody bag early. 

To start a goodybag early you will need to have less than 50 minutes or 50MB left on your current goodybag.

When you have less than 50mb or 5 mins you will be automatically given the option to start a new goodybag
