It's probably important to ask which goodybag you're on. As the £5 Labs goodybag does indeed take the money out of your PAYG balance. It simply lowers the tariff from 8p and 4p to 2p and 1p.

Voicemails on a labs goodybag would be charged at 2p. Voicemails on a normal goodybag (aside from the £5 text only goodybag) would cost you a minute of your minute balance.

If you are on a £10, £15, £20, or £30 goodybag and you still see your balance going down while calling numbers which are included in the goodybag (UK Mobile and Landline numbers, including voicemail), then you will indeed need to raise a case with an agent.

Cheers,

Vincent

Is it possible that you have made a call that is not covered by the goodybag, such as to a premium rate number or non-geographic number?

I made a couple of calls to voicemail and saw it tick down 8p a time - how do I find an agent?
