Hi.

I transferred my number from O2 to giffgaff, but those monkeys still bombard me with their stupid marketing texts!

Do you know who can I complain to? All my mates have the same problem!

I know it's not giffgaff's problem, but I can't find any information about where to make a complaint... and thought you might be able to help!

Cheers,

Marcin

Maybe it's rooted somewhere in the GG/O2 relationship, some sort of overlap period throwing oddments up, but I've known weird things like this to happen short-term.

For my first 5 or 6 days on GG, having ported from an O2 contract and before buying a goodybag, I wasnt charged for phoning any O2 numbers. Nor were callers on O2 (payg) getting charged for calling me. Mind you I couldn't get any data access or voicemail for that first week either, so something went well screwy with mine.

I also had texts from O2 for a short time after porting but they, like the free xnetwork calls, disappeared into the ether from whence they came
