Blocked no and giffgaff SIM card when phone stolen. Now have new phone and SIM card. How do I activate my old number on to new phone

Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.

' @remot if you blocked phone and sim by reporting it to giffgaff only the replacement SIM card giffgaff send out will work it looks like this picture when post arrivesimages(1).jpg

No other SIM will work

also remember to restart phone after approximately 30mins

Problem still not solved despite heeding advice from community member support. Getting pretty fed up with the whole thing now.
