There is no limit unless you cause a detrimental network effect, however you may want to split your group listing so there isn't a burst amount that then fails

Hi Hugh,

There is no limit AFAIK, so long as the texts are not business related/spam.  I'd advise sending them out as small groups though, as sending large groups can have them sent as MMS on some phones and you'll get charged for that.

Hope that helps Smiley Wink

I can send 100.. to 200 texts a day and never had a problem. O2 used to say 19000 a month was acceptable. .but have you thought of using whats app or email. . Both use data and if your on the unlimited goody bag you won't have an issue

I don't think they have a Max limit bit if you're sending out 80 messages at a time then their system might pick that up as spamming/commercial etc and cut you off until you explain yourself

It's unlimited.
Just make sure they are not to long, long texts will count as a mms which will cost you 16p per message.

If you send them in one go you may be charged as for MMS. Someone may know what the limit is on an i phone before you get charged for this
