Hi Guys

 

Receiving text messages from giffgaff stating I've used 80% data allowance, yet the portal shows I've barely used any???

 

Anyone seen this?

Hello, try contacting an agent on what you might have done wrong. Agents reply within 24 hours but usually earlier. Thanks Smiley Happy

Hello the text messages should be correct and up to date. It doesn't always update and show correctly on the Giffgaff web page

The portal and texts are off by an order of magnitude. I am at about 10% on the portal, over 80% if the texts are accurate
