Do you have the Apple iPhone? If so, this is a very common issue with iPhones when you change your mobile number and/or mobile phone carrier the Apple iMessage message service isn't updated with the newly transferred number.
Please follow the steps below to fix this issue.
GO TO;

@ikerr05

iPhones have a common issue following a number transfer, that the number stored in iMessage doesn't pickup the changes. please do the following.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to Messages.

3. Switch iMessage off.

4. When it's switched off, turn it back ON again.

5. Wait for it to activate iMessage.

6. Once it's done, restart your phone.

Your messages should now display the right number.

@ikerr05
Hi, it's a common issue with iphones but it's easily fixed

Switch off facetime
Switch off imessage

And reset network settings
(be aware this will erase your saved wifi passwords, it won't erase or affect anything else)

Go to
Settings
General
Reset
And click reset network settings
The phone will switch off and restart automatically in a few minutes

Once the phone restarts
Switch on imessage
Switch on facetime
