Hello

Firstly check the signal in your area to look for any faults with the network. You can do so by visiting this website www.bit.ly/ggservicestatus

If everything is okay with the signal in your area then you should try a manual roam which will update your connection with the network. Click on this link to view how to do a manual roam http://is.gd/manualroam

Hi, an unpleasant possibility - Data but no calls/texts is also a characteristic of a blocked phone. Is the phone new or secondhand? It's possibly worth checking if in doubt for £2 or so.

Hello,

did you check the mast status near you? http://status.o2.co.uk/

Is it possible for you to try your sim in another phone? Or try another sim in your phone? This way we can narrow down which is causing the problem.

Have you made any recent changes to the phone that may have caused the problem?

What happens when someone tries to call you? and is this a problem with all numbers or just one person?

If you get back to us it will help greatly in diagnosing the problem
