They have just nicked another £1.08 from my account for data when I still have 640Mbits in my account.

How is this possible.

If you ever find that you have been charged unexpectedly (or for something that should have been free), first check your last 30 days usage (calls, texts and data), which you can do by either:

- checking http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/usage-statement
- texting the word PLAN to 43430 (text is free)

If that doesn't appear to explain the charges, then you can contact an Agent at https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/goodybag-allowances-or-credit-ba...

They will be able to explain why the charges have been made and/or organise a refund where appropriate.

Agent replies can take up to 24 hours, however, they're usually much quicker than that. You'll find any Agent replies at https://giffgaff.com/support/questions (you should also get an e-mail when a message is received there).

Hi @bscho  care to expand on that. £1.08 for what.

And do you mean 640MByte left rather than 640Mbits which is 80MB

Yes I said for Data that means they took it for Data
Yes it was .640GB of my extra 1 GB of a £10 Goodybag that gives me 3GB plus 1GB.
Thanks for your interest.

Ah, sorry @bscho  read your original post too quickly. I guess this happened a day or so ago to be able to see the charge as for data in your usage statement.

But that does seem odd if you have 640MB left.

Best contact an agent as advised in post 2.
