Hi. I set up my goody bag to re-occur a few months ago & has been working fine till now. My existing goody bag expired 04/11/13 & did not auto top up. I'm in my account now where it states my auto top up is disabled (I didn't do this!) I can't top up with a goody bag & I can only use air time credits. Does anyone know why? Thanks.

There are problems with the giffgaff systems at the moment, so wait until they have been resolved then check your balance and settings again. If your recurring goodybag has been cancelled, you can just set it up again.

Is your bank card near its end date wise if with in a month then the system turns auto recur off
