Top up not worked

hi I have had same problem I bought a £10 and £15 voucher only received £24.99 could not get a £25 goody bag so got a lower one
one the phone the voice said I got it but now I have phone it has used all my money for airtime credit all this happened this week

Contact an agent, and explain what's happened. Use the form here:

Agents can take up to 24 hours to reply, but are usually a lot quicker. You will find their reply in the Messages from agents section at the bottom of your Dashboard page, see here:

For future reference, although giffgaff doesn't do a  £25 voucher, you can use a  £25 O2 voucher. This would let you buy the  £25 Always on goodybag directly, without needing to buy Airtime credit first.

good morning @yasin010869 this is not nice when this happens and your balance goes down to £24.99
sometimes giffgaff accounts are subject to a glitch where 1p or 2p is taken from accounts. The giffgaff agents will be able to sort this for you, just explain what has happened to you.

In future you could just link a debit/credit card to you account and buy a goodybag directly here.
It's always better to disable mobile date prior to topping up your phone. This is because the moment that credit is added to your phone, apps will automatically begin working in the background using your data .
