Top up problems Help

Ok so I got a goody bag put in my details put in my code and then it say thank you for purchasing a goody bag and £15 credit....  I don't want credit why would I need both why didn't it ask if I wanted to confirm I was being ripped off? How do I get a refund any ideas I don't have the money to be wasting on credit I don't need.

I'm assuming you purchased the 15 bag .. Double check if you actually have both credit and a bag. I'm guessing it's just used the £15 credit to purchase the bag
