Just tried it in Chromium (I normally use FF). Same prob. After I enter the PIN number on my receipt I get sent back to the page where it asks for your PIN number.
Are you sure you are entering the pin correctly ?
Have you tried calling 43430 again to top if instead of doing it online
I can't get into my account at all. When I try to do so a page appears saying: "

Thanks, I've asked an agent just now and included te voucher number and the error code I get when I triy to go to my account settings (Error Code 15, whatever that is).
Several people have been getting Error code 15 messages when they try to log into the website with Firefox. I find that if you keep trying, it usually lets you in eventually, but sometimes I give up after a couple of dozen goes, and use Opera or Chrome, which always works straight away.
I'll try updating to the latest version of FF soon, when I get time :-/
