No. It shows only purchase of a phone from 2015. I've been using gg for 10 years min.

Are you sure you are entering the pin correctly ?

Have you tried calling 43430 again to top if instead of doing it online

You could message an agent with the voucher code, tell them its not working. They could put it on for you.

I assumed this was to do with the fact that I was using a VPN (gg hates them, and wants to farm all your data), but I disabled it and still I got the same message, which is a bit strange.

No, nothing shows apart from a purchase of a phone ten years ago. I've been with gg for many years.

Thanks, I've asked an agent just now and included te voucher number and the error code I get when I triy to go to my account settings (Error Code 15, whatever that is).

Several people have been getting Error code 15 messages when they try to log into the website with Firefox.  I find that if you keep trying, it usually lets you in eventually, but sometimes I give up after a couple of dozen goes, and use Opera or Chrome, which always works straight away.

 

I'll try updating to the latest version of FF soon, when I get time :-/

 

You might try that.
