Top up voucher

I have been trying to top up my sons phone with a £15 voucher (which was bought last night) for a few hours now online. But every time I enter the voucher code it keeps saying its invalid .. Is anybody else having this problem
??

Sorry mate. Vouchers can take a couple of tries. First clear your cache and cookies and try again if you are redeeming it online or use a different browser.

If that doesn't work dial 43430 from your phone to topup that way. Or use your phone app. Do check your payment history on "my giffgaff page" after every try to see if credit has been applied as the system can throw up a falls negative feedback sometimes.

It is definitely valid. Give it a couple of tries in 10-15minutes intervals.

Is it showing at all in your payment history either as processing or accepted...?

Tried clear cache and cookies and using different browsers ,also voucher should be or would like to think its valid as I bought it myself for him and it was me that tried to top up for him (as I always do) .. Will try again in a hour or so if all fail will contact a agent ,thanks for the info and help .

Hi Mate, Do not worry ..its a known glitch on GG when you try to topup using a credit/debit card/voucher .. you do face the issue sometime. But keep trying ..you will get thru soon ...
By the way I hope its an UK bank card as giffgaff doesn't except any other country's card.

Try using a different browser such as firefox or google chrome and clearing history, cache etc.
Try using the mobile site https://giffgaff.com/mobile (can be used on the PC).

if uve just activated the sim then u av to wait 24 hours for it to activate
