Top up was successful but balance 0

Hey all!

So earlier I topped up£20 and it said it was successful however my balance is still showing at 0.00 and will not let me use my voucher anymore, any help/advise would be greatly appreciated

Is it also saying zero when you dial *100# ?
Did you add it by calling 43430 or redeem it in your account page?

Does it say it was delivered in order history?

rebooted phone, cleared history data and it still says 0.00
Getting really frustrated now because I've lost £20 and I have no minutes or texts! Currently living off of wifi 😔
