Accidentally topped up twice, once to use top up to buy a goody bag then bought a goody bag using card instead of top up. Anyway to get credit back?

All you need to contact agent and inform about mistakenly topped up twice and need to cancel the top up and refunded back.

You will need to contact the agents about that as only they are authorised to deal with account overpayments or discrepancies 

 

Click on your order history from here to confirm all your transaction details

Just show the agents your purchase and tell them you accidentally pressed the top up button twice and they should get back to you.

you can cancel goodybags yourself but if have any issues ask an agentto help get ti a refund on unwanted top uo  or leave it as it is save tume for next mounth

An agent should refund you if you contact them. 

 

Alternatively if you are not desperate for the cash, leave on account as credit ready to purchase your next goody bag.
