I am so in happy about this I topped up ten today thinking my bundle had gone on but it hadn't so I contacted urself cos I don't understand how this has happened I sorted it out earlier with Roxy she said after 4vhours the top up would be refunded it's still not worked iam disabled I don't av enough cash to top up ten again I've messaged loads of people on ur team but still no help they say don't use credit but I need it to talk to u I am v34y upset iam so sorry

@chris98738 Sorry to hear of your difficulty.

Normally a refund is returned to you via whatever credit card was used to make the payment. Such refunds normally take several days.

 

On the other hand, if the agents are going to provide a credit to your account, just keep checking your giffgaff account https://giffgaff.com/dashboard When the credit appears switch mobile data off on your phone, call 43430,  press option 2 and follow the directions to buy a goodybag with your balance

@chris98738  Sorry to hear of your dilemma, when a refund is in the process of being given or has been given.... and you need that refund to buy a goodybag for example, it's really important not to use/have mobile data ON in your phone settings as it will use up the money credit and may/will leave you short for the goodybag you want. 

As Roxy has mentioned the refund will be given in within 4 hrs please check then, if it's being applied to airtime credit you can periodically check your balance for free by dialling *100# from your phone, make sure your mobile data is OFF in the meantime because if it's ON and a refund goes into your airtime credit it will start to be used up. 

Balance money can be exchanged for a goodybag by calling 43430 from your phone (no internet connection needed)
