I am writing to complain about the 45 pound that has been taken out off my account today! When I am only on a ten pound a month contract! I want this to be sorted as soon as possible because all I've had is trouble with this network! Please email back

hollie you need to contact an agent about this....Use the options button,then edit out your email address.

Please remove all personal information asap, this is a public forum, any crook, crank or idiot can now use your information.

Go to options, then edit.

Then
All account issues can only be sorted by the agents, as we have no access to anyones account.
To raise a case the agents,go to Help on your my giffgaff page, then click Ask an Agent from the links on the page, or use this link below, and choose a category that suits your issue.

The agents will get back to you within 24 hours, and then tell you in most cases that it will take 5 working days to look into it.

If you have problems, try a different browser, ie Chrome, Firefox. Or choose 30 in the drop down box. And then write the specific nature of your issue in the text box provided.
