Transfer my number?

I lost my phone and my giffgaff Sim . I ve got new Giffgaff sim card now. How can I transferring my pre. number???

Sorry but You can't just transfer is to another random sim.

You need to report the lost sim to be lost/stolen here- Lost/Replacement OR Damaged sim... Follow this link to proceed:

Please note, once you have reported your sim any of the above it is IMMEDIATELY barred. You will have to wait for your new sim to arrive in the post which is usually within 5 working days.

Any credit/goody bags you had on your old sim will be transferred so no need to worry there.

ALSO... All sims ordered are now dual sims (micro sims)

Is it a replacement sim? Or did you order a new one? Is its not a replacement I don't think the number can be transferred

If you got a replacement SIM, then the number will be the same.

I order both : new Sim and the replace one . ^^! And I top up 10£ for the new one instead the replace one Smiley Sad. What can I do now? Because the lost one I've got 10£ already

This is how you need to do it

 

 get a replacement via the Lost process which is on this link

 

http://giffgaff.com/support/lost  

 

 

You can then bar your SIM and/or handset. 

A new replacement SIM will be sent to you. which will have the same number and any credit put on your account once activated

There is nothing you can do sorry, the new sim would be a new account. Any existing credit you had on the lost sim will still be there once you receive the replacement. :-( you could try emailing an agent explaining what you've done and hope for a good will gesture at best, but GG do not offer refunds unless they were at fault :-(

That's mean the replace Sim is the same one I lost. And the new order Sim is not use now. I wwaste 10£ . Smiley Very Happy
