Hi, I transferred my old number to GG this week but I'm still receiving text notifications from my previous provider that voicemails have been left. Also, would this affect my allowed 250 minutes, as my previous provider charged to collect voicemails. Is it possible the transfer hasn't worked properley? Has anyone experienced this or know why this is happening please. Thanks.

How to transfer number to giffgaff?
Transferring your number to giffgaff is a fairly straight forward procedure.
Contact your current Service Provider and request a PAC code as you want to transfer (or port-out) your number to another network. PAC codes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
