Trouble with internet

I have unlimited data on my phone and the connection to the internet keeps cutting out. Is there a problem with the internet on giffgaf at the moment?

There is no unlimited data plan at giffgaff. If you mean the £20, or new #25, Always ON plan then per https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Learning-and-giffgaffer-articles/giffgaff-Traffic-Management-Key-F... “‘Always On’ data provides the peace of mind that you will always have access to data. 9, or 20, GB of data can be used at up to full speed each month. After 9, or 20, GB of data has been used, download speeds will be capped at 384kbps between 8am and midnight, for the remainder of the goodybag” and “We monitor and look out for abnormal usage patterns on our Always On goodybag, and if found, may warn and ultimately prevent members from buying further Always On goodybags.”
If you have some other plan, try rebooting your phone to reset the connection.

Have turned my phone off on many times and still having connection problem, thanks for answering my question tho
