I have followed your advice and attempted to contact an agent. However, the problem I am facing does not fit in any of the categories that one must select when trying to log a complaint with an agent.
So I'm not very hopeful.
For situations which are out of the ordinary, it is still better to have a direct telephone helpdesk.
Just wondering if you have tried swapping the SIM, ie placing the giffgaff SIM in the other slot as eddie has recommended? This is to rule out problems with your secondary SIM slot. I suspect this is the case here since faulty SIMs are rare.
Also FYI, the SIM checker is a third party tool rather than an official giffgaff tool that has been discontinued so you will not be able to accurately check the status of your SIM.
If these problems persist you can contact the agent by clicking here
And select the number 30 (dont worry this doesnt change anything)
Then provide as much information to the agents as possible and they will get to it within 24 hours. Good luck =)
