Hello Giffgaffers.
I'm a new member & I'm appealing for URGENT help & direction on the recall of a SIM dispatch that is set to be sent to a neighbours home address. 💀
If anybody can advise me further, then PLEASE do not hesitate to respond. Thanks guys.
Sincerely Ebony.

No urgency.  Just re-order with the correct address.  You are not charged for the SIMs.

just re oder your simcard now and just make sure it is the correct address -

they would need to top up to activate it anyway so don't worry -

order a new one to the right address.

There is no mechanism for cancelling or "recalling" a SIM once ordered. I'm not sure what's worrying you, was it meant to be delivered to you or a different neighbour? Was it needed by you?

Whatever you can just order another. Nothing bad will happen because you suddenly don't want a SIM delivered to your neighbour. If the SIM isn't needed or used and is discarded, nothing bad will happen.

Hello @blueebony007

giffgaff are unlikely to be interested in preventing the dispatch of a sim, as it'll probably cost them more in admin to locate it than it will to simply send a new one to your address (if you choose to order another.)

Sims are free of charge and contain no personal information until activated/used by you, so if you're unable to approach your neighbour for the original, simply order another. If you have not done so already, be sure to order via a members' banner on here as this will get you £5 free credit when you activate (sims ordered from the home page are not eligible for this bonus.)

Your neighbour will probably think that an admin error at giffgaff has printed the wrong door number onto the sim pack. They may even pop it through your door for you when they see your name on it.
