Hi khuram ,
gg is a PAYG network
Here is some info that will help explain things ,
Credit & Goodybags,
How it works ,
Say you top up with £20 , you then buy a £10 goodybag from that £20 , that leaves you £10 balance to use as need be , if you don't incur any charges outside of the goodybag allowance ( premium numbers or MMS for example ) you can then Use that £10 for your next goodybag , then it would be time to top up again . All Goodybags of £10 and above include unlimited data and texts .
If you use all the inclusive minutes you will then go onto the standard PAYG rates for calls .
If you do use up all the inclusive minutes the rest of the goodybag remains active until the expiry date .
Also remember unused minutes are not carried over and you cant " top up " the goodybag .
If you intend to use goodybags you can set them to automatically renew every month if you want to , it's called " recurring goodybags "
Hope that helps .
It's Pay as you go, therefore no commitments. You can use your credit just like PAYG, 10p/min. for calls & 6p/text or if you prefer you can buy yourself a goodybag. A goodybag is a mixture of calls, text & data and last for one month but there is no commitment to buy a goodybag every month and you can change the goodybag you buy every month. The main benefit of giffgaff is that it's a PAYG network with the prices of a monthly contract without the contract.
