I was making a call yesterday and mid call it dropped out, since then every time I try to make an outgoing call I get an 'engaged tone' and message on screen saying 'call failed'. Does anyone know what's going on or can give me some advice to fix this? Thank you.
If its to a gg number - it only remains free provided you top up at least once every three months.
If you are on a goodybag - you may have run out of minutes on your allownace which will mean that you need to add airtime credit until your next goodybag starts
Check your local area using http://status.o2.co.uk/ and enter your postcode to make sure there are no mast problems etc.
