Unable to purchase goody bag from top up voucher

I've put airtime credit on my phone using a £10 top up voucher. When I go into my account to purchase a goody bag for £7.50 it just keeps saying it has no credit/debit card registered on this account. I have only ever topped up with a voucher and have never had this problem before.

Hi,

If you are using the My giffgaff App. then look in 'More ways to buy' in the menu at the top of the page.

 

If not, then do you have there airtime credit displayed on your dashboard balance box? 

Remember that recurring goodybags must be disabled.

 

When selecting the goodybag you want click on "I only need a goodybag"  and then"Exchange airtime credit"

To purchase a goodybag (or a gigabag), just follow these very easy steps

1, Log in

2, Go to the "Top-up" section of the website

3, Select the goodybag you wish to buy and click on the corresponding "Add to backet button.

4, Tick the Tick here to pay from your airtime balance" box in "My basket"

5, Click on Continue.

6, Verify your purchase - Once a goodybag is active it can't be cancelled.

7, Confirm your purchase

Buying a gooybag or gigabag from credit.

● Click on My Giffgaff (at the top)
● Click on Top Up
● Click on Goodybags (press select)
● Choose the goodybag you want (press select)
● On the next page click on Continue
● Then press Exchange Airtime Credit

try logging out and back in or try from the browser rather than the app

To exchange your airtime credit for a goodybag/gigabag please follow the steps below

1. Login -> https://giffgaff.com/auth/login

2. Go to the "Top-up" section of the website

3. Select the goodybag/gigabag you wish to buy and then click “select button”.

4. Your goodybag/gigabag appears in your basket. Click "Select" next to "I only need a goodybag"

5. Click "Continue" without ticking the box to recur your goodybag

6. Click "Exchange airtime credit"

You could try using a new browser. This sometimes helps me, or you could try this link and see if you can get into it.

Jwatson162 have u logged in from the app and if so try logging in via the browser as it can b something as simple as this to solve ur issue. Good luck and happy giffgaffing Smiley Happy
