Unblock my unlimited data please

Hi, this is Lamis and I would like to explain why I would like to have my unlimited data back. When I got this phone and the sim, it was activated by my dads account and his email because i didn't have any internet of my own to do it myself but only later, I was told by him that I need to not connect to any other devices such as laptops which I was aware of that but I've done it a few times already by the time my dad told me I shouldn't and he told me later he received an email that I will be unable to have unlimited internet because I did it again which I'm sure I haven't, because I know I stopped. So I decided to get a new SIM card and make my own account now and I've been unable to have it again, the unlimited data. I would like you to know that this was all a misunderstanding and I have my own email now to know well enough to not do it again. Please could you allow me to have my unlimited internet data again, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

You need to contact an agent. Agent’s are employed by giffgaff and can help you if members cannot help you. They can also help you with account or private problems.

Sadly, once the ban is in place it will not be revoked for a minimum of 90 days and giffgaff will not reverse their decision.
