It was withdrawn when the new pricing structure for 4g goodybag's was introduced on the 2nd of September.
I cannot get 4g on my phone and there are probably many members in the same boat.
So we are subsidising the 4g without being able to take advantage of it.
I feel giffgaff could have retained the £15 goodybag for loyal member's with possibly 6gb of data.
I doubt that this will adopted mores the pity.

I'm afraid the £15 unlimited data goodybag was removed for everyone on the 2nd september when the goodybag changed, unlimited data now costs £20, however that goodybag will also be removed on the 12th january.

It's gone. Time to check all the other networks latest offers and pick the best one to move to. Good luck.

@thom_dee how do you work out stuck in a two years contract with other networks? I would guess that most people that have Giff gaff have unlocked phones... Meaning that they could go over to the other networks and get a sim only deal which can be rolling month contracts or in my case a 12 month contract... I didn't see any two year contracts when I was looking

Well as of today, I am leaving Giffgaff. I can't see a reason to stay anymore.

All I was bothered about was having unlimited data. Now I have moved networks, I get unlimited for £17 per month including 4g (not that I get 4g in my area anyway!!!)

Good bye people and good luck Smiley Happy
