Unreliable giffgaff

It is unacceptable how giffgaff deals with customers. I simply left my simcard out of the UK when I was on holiday. When came back asked for a new simcard. But they are denying now to put me on my plan, because that is for existing customers and I am not an existing customer. Just because I had to have a replacement simcard. Isn't that funny?

I cannot believe it. Never happens to me or any other customers in other networks.

We can name some new networks as the unreliable ones, such as giffgaff.


No body at store or phone answering you!!

And it is not that cheaper than other networks.

report the sim as lost fill in the form

a replacement sim will be sent to you,just activate it like you would a new sim

your number and goodybag/credit will be on it

Hi, yes my friend reported her SIM lost and giffgaff won't send heh a replacement SIM so has had to change networks to talktalk. She got a great deal for £5 a month

You may be hetter off doing a sim swap which involves getting a new sim card and going here:

And sign in when the sustem will ask if you want to swap you sim, click 'yes'.

coverage in the lakes is very bad so i am doing same
