Using my credit for airtime

Hello all 

I would appreciate help with the following please 

My daughters phone currently is into free gig of data with £17 of credit , but 17 days before next goodybag, my question is when her current free gig of data runs out will the money in her credit add to her data automatically or will I have to do it manually

Hi once the goody bag data is finished it will automatically start using the airtime credit .

It will start to automatically use your airtime credit. In other words, the £17.

Just to clarify, when your daughter's goodybag data  (including the 1GB extra free) runs out, any continued data use will automatically be charged from her airtime credit, at the rate of 5p per megabyte. This is very expensive - the  £17 will only get her about 340MB  (about a third of a gigabyte!)

 

She would be far better off to start a new goodybag early, which she will be able to do when there's less than 100MB of data left in her active goodybag. When this happens, a button will appear in the middle of her Dashboard page, labelled "Start a new goodybag today". See here:

Clicking that will allow her to buy a new goodybag which will start in a few minutes. If she has Recurring goodybag turned ON, she may need to turn this OFF first. She can do this on her Payment details page here :
