You canTop up a different giffgaff number and if they want they can Exchange airtime credit to buy a goodybag

@sypamele You cannot transfer anything from your account to another. You can top up someone else's account as pointed out from @terencedaly but not transferable directly from your account .

Sorry active airtime credit cannot be transferred between giffgaff accounts. However, You can top up another number by following this link https://giffgaff.com/topup/altruistic using a credit/debit card. Note this will only apply airtime credit if they wish to exchange the airtime credit for a goodybag from their phone dial 43430 , select option 2 and follow the instructions to covert the airtime credit into a goodybag.

Once the money gets in your paypal account you can transfer it to your bank and then use the Top up a different giffgaff number
Or you could simply do a transfer of the funds from your bank to there bank and let them top there account up.
Both options will work
