The phone came with flash 9 and now everyone is on flash 10 or 11.

Bada 2 is meant to be released on the 15th November. It wouldn't surprise me if it's delayed (again) but there are games and themes appearing in the app store that require Bada 2, so hopefully it shouldn't be far off.

So on or after the 15th plug it into Kies to see if an update is available, and hopefully Bada 2 will have an up-to-date version of flash on it.

[Edit: Bada 2.0 is supposed to have Flash 11]

Try going into your phone settings and removing the 'proxy' part, this fixes some issues with streaming video.

Maybe try a different video player on it. There is a variety available, e.g. Rockplayer.

This isn't a Giffgaff problem but a problem with your phone which doesn't have the full version of Flash Player on the Bada Operating System and so won't play many Flash videos.

Flashlight  4 for Bada was meant to be available this summer and so may be available to download from the Bada appstore on your phone.

If you Google the problem (always a good place to start),you'll find dozens of threads about it at SamsungWaveForum.com including this one
