Voice mail

Phone shows "New voicemail" notification. Clicking the notification shows O2 logo with a red button then immediately "Call ended". Can't get rid of the notification or access voicemail.

You need to change the voicmail number from 901 which is o2 to 443 which is giffgaff. Some phones wont let you change it so just dial 443 and when you have listened to the voicemail, delete it and the notification should go away.

@trombones hi if you find you can't change the assigned speed dial to the giffgaff 443 usually number 1 on your keypad, as bigfra43 mentions you can always assign it to the number 2

Saving 443 to your contact list is good way around it too.
Save as 'Voicemail: dial 1616 to switch on, and 1626 to switch off, if desired, here's full guide
