Voucher not accepted!

Just bought a voucher from Spar - a GiffGaff one not an O2 one, and went online to activate but says they cant top up by voucher at the moment.  So tried using the phone service and it wont accept the voucher number.

 

Why do things keep going wrong with GiffGaff, just make it work and leave it alone!!  Am sick of the network going down or other issues.

 

What really annoys me is that I can't activate another Goodybag until the end date of the previous one, even if there are no minutes left. Ridiculous set up. Sort it out.

This is common, voucher codes can take a while to go through. You just have to keep trying.

And this is relevant how? There's nothing on there about VOUCHERS so dont spam my issue please.

My link does include the fact that I have reported the voucher problem to giffgaff.  Have a look

Your voucher problem is a result of the current issues with the system.  There's nothing you can do Smiley LOL

Try using this link giffgaff.com/auth/login works every time for me, I don't know if it'll work if there having problems but in the past when there having problems it's never failed me, also you can que goodybags again

My voucher says it is NOT VALID when I only bought it earlier today. Either through the website or by phone it refuses to accept my voucher number.
