Just bought a voucher from Spar - a GiffGaff one not an O2 one, and went online to activate but says they cant top up by voucher at the moment. So tried using the phone service and it wont accept the voucher number.
Why do things keep going wrong with GiffGaff, just make it work and leave it alone!! Am sick of the network going down or other issues.
What really annoys me is that I can't activate another Goodybag until the end date of the previous one, even if there are no minutes left. Ridiculous set up. Sort it out.
