WRONG charge by " online store"

£15 was taken from my bank account by " online store" this month.


It is very strange. I checked my bank statement yesterday. There are extra £15 was took by "" for no reason. I have used the £10 goodybag for four months; I topped up every month by my debit card, when the goodybay is expired. The goodybag money is usually took by the " online store" .  But this month two amounts of money have been taken by (£10 goodybag) and (£15).


I need to find out the reason. If it is wrong charge, I want my money back.

you need to contact an agent and ask them whats gone on.

if they are no help, your bank might be able to help you do a chargeback on the funds. you would have to ask them.

but get in contact with the agents first.

I have checked my payment history. there is no any payment is £15.

I sent a message to the agent today morning; but I haven't got the reply yet. I cannot open the agent ask page now.
