All I got for my £20 is one episode of Ray Donovan. I need an explanation and a break down of my usage today.

Did you buy a goodybag?

Seems like you didn't use a goodybag and wasted your airtime credit

By the sounds of it you have used your £20 on data. You may have been better off getting a goodybag with inclusive data or a data goodybag.

that would probably do it

i`d advise buying a goodybag next time.airtime credit can cost a fortune

you go here and choose one

select i only need a goodybag

then continue....

select the airtime balance box and click exchange airtime credit

you should now have an active goodybag which will last for 1 month

It sounds like you did not buy a goodybag, but used Airtime Credit for your data, this is expensive, 20p a mb.
Far better to buy goodybag, check which one would suit your requirements re data.

A £20 top-up isn't going to last very long watching video!

You'll be needing a giffgaff goodybag for better value.

They last a month,

then you could choose a different one,

depending on your usage.

Instead of purchasing goodybag on your account you might have purchased an airtime balance that might be one the reason your balance got deducted as per normal rates.

Airtime balance and goodybag are two different top-ups.

> Goodybag is bundle of calls, text, data and free giffgaff services and it's valid for 1 calendar month.

> Airtime balance are used for making international and premium calls. As goodybag won't work for making any international and premium calls.

Data costs 5p per MB using PAYG credit and will give you approx 400mb worth of data (1 episode)

You need to buy a goodybag or exchange credit for a goodybag
