Why am I being charged of my £5.00 free credit..

Only joined this after topping up £10.00 and the £5.00 free credit is dropping..

Hi @lynne41690 Some numbers are always charged to your credit balance as they are not included in your goodybag's minutes/texts allowances (eg premium numbers such as 0845, 0871, international numbers, short 5/6 digit numbers, MMS).

Please look here for more details on which numbers are free, included in goodybags, and not included in goodybags:

Does your phone use mobile data at all, and have you left it turned on in the background to download updates etc?

It is very strange. No way.
I guess your apps eaten your data, resulting in dropping in your credit.

Even though you may be connected to your home wifi, if you have mobile data enabled and your wifi drops, even for a second, your phone will use mobile data.


If you have an iphone, wifi assist will over ride your data settings even if mobile data is OFF, ensure wifi assist is OFF

Hello has your phone got WiFi assist check in data settings if it has turn it off ,if WiFi drops off it will use phone credit also well on WiFi always turn data off
